Are you in the USA?

Just go to Walmart or any drug store and get an AMEX Serve card

I'm kinda doubting he's in the US, based upon his manner of writing. But still, there should be pre-paid CC's available in pretty much any country.

Try to Look for Visa /MasterCard Gift Cards. These should be available in most Countries and they do the Trick
