Why does my big account not get nearly as many shares? I struggle to get 500 impressions from "other" there but consistently get at leat 1k impressions form other on the small one

my 18k account gets on average 6000 impressions per post, vast majority from my followers. My small 2k account gets on average 12000 impressions with some posts going over 50k primarily from the "other" section in analytics. Both accounts are in the same niche and have very similiar content.

I have an account in meme niche with 5k followers and ~12% engagement but I'm not getting any followers. I'm not shadowbanned because my posts show up in hashtags. Am I doing anything wrong?
