yeah they do. But the point is, u call them and submit info while on the phone. Then they review and unlimit. Then a few days later, they will see in their system that it's fake. But by that time your money is out of Gaypal's hands.

You can't fake ssn because the ssn is fake. But what ppl do is create a fake ssn (or buy from secondeyesolution.com) and it work for short amount of time. Enough to get $ out.

The only way Google can know is via two ways: 1. Meta Data of Image - You take image but leave meta data the same as source. East for Google to penalize you. 2. Watermark - Manual review and the person reviewing sees.
