Paypal Limitation Help

Hi, Basically my paypal account has become limited after a few refunds, and big withdrawals from betting (Nothing illegal has been done) I have been in contact with Paypal staff over the phone and they have basically said (I am too risky to work with for online payments so I can never be allowed to use paypal again).

Now I have read every almost every post on the internet about creating a new account etc but they are all from 2014 etc. No updated new methods or anything.

Now my situation is with my current account I have logged in the 2 locations I will always been using for internet so they will have my IP for both them locations, I am soon to setup a business account at the bank for my new business which will be started in the next few months and I am needing a fully working Paypal account for this.

Can anyone give me advice on the steps available please?

(The best advice I have read from an old post is to create the business bank account at the bank, then create a business account on paypal but with an altered name, different email and different IP and a different address)

However the only problem I can see with that is if I log in to my new account in one of the 2 destinations I have always used they will log it as me?

EDITED: Also if they ban you for withdrawing big amounts etc, how can I stop my future business account from getting limited if im recieving loads of payments and then withdrawing it to my bank?

I appreciate any help from anyone that reads this and responds as I am in quite an awkward situation right now and NEED an online Paypal account working to accept payments.

Paypal dont like too many refunds or your account is flagged.

Yes that was what they said on the phone, however a refund isnt illegal and its a shame I cant dispute against there decision so im looking for help on a new account with any update in methods.

change ip .. i dont know from the country that you are live on , but if you have dynamic routering just restart it , and then get a whole new acc.. you can't do nothing to your old one , and you can't unflag your ip .. but you can obtain new ip my power off and then on your router and you can get a new acc for paypal.. and done ... chears ..

Not a clue what dynamic routering is, I basically have wireless talktalk fibre.. Any other recommendations would be help?

You should read the ebay forum here. They talk a lot about stealth accounts on Paypal.

1. Register again
2. Use new debit card + bank.
3. Enter new or slightly altered address.

That's it! no Ip change needed. Those that say you do don't know what they're talking about.

Whats a stealth account? Iv seen that mentioned but havent seen much on it, also thanks for the other reply.

A stealth account is a PayPal account created with fake information (not stolen identity) for the purpose of hiding your identity (name, etc), since you don't want your real identity to be linked because of a previous account limitation, but still want to use PayPal due to it's widespread use.

That's a mouthful... but that's the main gist.

I agree with all your points except not changing the IP.
It's damn too risky to use a new PayPal on an IP that is probably blacklisted.
Dont you think the same IP can trigger an investigation into any new account
that emanate from it?

The only solution left is to create another account
and your account will be limited forever if you use multiple IP addresses

i just recently got banned by them Limited permanent without appeal

but now my paypal is okay again, just email them and wait

dont create another account because they will haunt you again

I got my PayPal banned two months ago (my fault). Didn't change any IP. New account processed over 1k+.

They don't care because many people might use same IP (legit). It was never 1 ip per account.

So you'll be fine unless you commit fraud or any other illegal activity.
