But paypal will not be reporting any of my income, Im not giving them my SSN, nor a 1099 or any of that. Im staying within the $500 a month limits. My legitmate paypal account Ive used for years never had my SSN and hasnt been an issue

Can someone clarify with me, since these are fake VBA's, you cant actually withdraw the money, it just unlocks your paypal account to be able to send and receive, right? So where do you send the money to get it out, how does this help I guess is what Im saying since you still cant withdraw it...
