I can't seem to find any solid evidence of proof of whether or not it's legal to sell Goophones online???
They are on Ebay under "goophone", and ebay has a strict "no knockoff policy". So does that mean they're legal to promote online?

I lucked out, made money way back in the web1.0 days. The site was very successful for over a decade actually. But through a series of events I managed very badly the site fell apart and died in 2011. I took a year off. Then I started trying new ideas again, I guess I thought it was going to be...
to add to that..... if you buy real or buy fake, who "really got scammed", the guy who bought real or fake? Seriously you tell me? Because I believe it's the guy who paid that 100,000% mark up, that's who got scammed!
That's a good point. There's a lot of propaganda out there. These days a real or a fake all that means is 1 thing, you either paid the big corporation a lot of wasted money, or you saved money. but either way you "got the same damn thing!" that you're wearing!!!
