I can't seem to find any solid evidence of proof of whether or not it's legal to sell Goophones online???

They are on Ebay under "goophone", and ebay has a strict "no knockoff policy". So does that mean they're legal to promote online?

    Your thoughts???:cow04:

Selling a GOOPHONE as an Iphone is against TOS and the law. However selling them as an Iphone alternative and using thier officail name GOOphone you should be in the clear.

    Goophones are garbage anyways

Just be careful you remove anything Apple related, with no mention of iphone in the listings, I'm not sure about this particular phone but a lot of iphone copys contain Apple logos on the packaging.

No problem selling them as they are and being upfront with your customers letting them know that it is not a name brand phone
even though it looks similar. Now as eBay is concerned you still might get into trouble since eBay is trigger happy.
