Is it possible in theory? Yes. Is it likely you can get this done? No. Unless you have a few k to spent ofcourse.

Pretty sure there are some bots around that do this. However just opening your page for a few hours is cheaper and probably better for the "health" of your account too.

Do they allow them? Ofcourse not. Can you sneak it in? Yes.
