You have a page with 260K followers, you tried so many ways to "fix" my page but nothing helped and now you wanna stop everything?... stop trying fixing your page, dont touch it.
There many new members here that are struggling. Some of them are trying again and again to do something you have already done in the past, maybe you could give them some tips or whaterver.
That way you will help someone and you will stop playing your page and when you will come back everything will be fixed by themselve.. I always do that with my girlfriend loll joke

This is probably happening because you don't post and engage enough.
First of all, get a posting software and sit your a55 down and source at least 1-2 posts + their text for every day.
Second of all, interact with your people, comment, like their comments, comment on their comments, all of that.
You can, again using a bot, auto like, comment, and even dm your new followers, all without lifting a finger.
Get innovative.

Stupid question. Are you posting the same time (or close to the same time) daily? I've found for us anyway that posting at certain times of day and depending on what the post is will have a massive effect on engagement.
Found we have been doing better working out a posting routine for various subjects depending on the content than just posting randomly or worse the same time every day like a robot!

this is what happens when you get too attached to something.
when your income is dependent on outside circumstances like this, then obviously its possible for things like this to happen.
You should have been aware about possibility of this situation even before you started doing it, if you were aware you would not be talking about giving up, you will just be looking out for other ways.

The most important thing is to try not to let it get you down. You're smart and you can and will adapt.
Go over all the positive benefits of living and earning this way. Some of mine are that I don't have to commute, I am my own boss and I can work in my slippers!
