GMT2 follow users that interact with account?

In Jarvee there is an option for mass follow where you follow users that actually like/comment on the targetted account. (It's called "Follow users that interacted with posts on target accounts").

Is there anything like this in Gram Multi Tool 2?
I see users who liked media but that is very unusable considering I'd have to update it A LOT.

I think GMT have something like that. It's "recent activity" scrapping. It will scrape user that like/comment recently on a target.
