Add the link to your account then don't use a bot for a week and you should be okay then after a week you can start botting again

I do 180 sec to 182 sec with following with my like I do 60 sec to 120 sec everything been working fine

I think a landing page is safe on instagram if the account is 3 month old :-) just make sure sure the link is not blacklisted by instagram or you will get banned make your own domain and host on a hosting provider like hostgator or bluehost hope that help
