Honestly Google just really sucks right now and it's based on their algorithm.... I have reviews that were posted by REAL people and Google just removed them (they've been there for like few months to 2 years and now Google is on the hunt.. )

Actually I think it was the pbn, it was bad or there was a footprint or something that made Google flag it. because it stayed on like page 8+ (or I couldn't find it) for -1.5 months (approx) and I removed it. I checked now a few weeks later and now it's on page 4. Thoughts??

I am not de-indexed. My pages are still indexed. The only page I found on search (page 1) was an inner page for a location city page. Idk what to fix, I didn't do anything to the site all week. *sigh*

Is it bad to recycle your own PBNs? Will Google see footprint etc? Like if I have: PBN 1 links to web A & web B PBN 2 links to web B & web C PBN 3 links to web C But then I remove web C, and then later after time passes link it to web A

yes I did check, it looked clean. Oh I didn't know you were supposed to do that? Also I checked google console positioning and everything was fine until 6/12 it dropped from 28 to position 77.
