I usually use Redirection (the WP plugin) to hide my affiliate link. I link to 'http://domain.com/go/offername/' and then let Redirection take care of redirecting users to the affiliate offer.

Do you still rank for 'allinanchor:keyword'? If so you might have tripped a filter and need more links with other anchortexts.

Risk of doing this might be more like a penalty than just the sandbox (when you get caught by Google or a competitor), so do keep that in mind when implementing any blackhat tactic.

If you have two domains, you have to build links to both of them. If you redirect one site to another you will get all link juice (incoming link power) redirected to one domain, which will make that one rank better. If you have any more domains, just rinse and repeat: redirect (301!) them too...

Yes, this can be done with any site. If you are using it for the site you're using to attract links to and redirect for Google, you'll only have to find out where to put the conditional redirect code. Probably in the header though.
