Seems like a SE nuke scheme. There's many of them out there. I think you're missing guest posts, high PR links, citations, relevant forums and relevant directories (niches). Also, this stuff tends to get devalued, so watch out.

Shouldn't be using it as your only strategy. Can't build a house with a hammer. Need a saw, a level etc... It's a tool in your toolbelt to do certain task and to layer onto your SEO strategy. You wont have success using it alone.
