Hello, i have started my website, about music artists, new albums, singles and so on...
my question is how i can get more PR? i have posted my link on some high pr websites, in about 10-20 sites, how many do you think i need backlinks to get PR4? also, i have so many content about 20k pages...

Some constructive criticisms about your site, this is just to help you, not piss you off or call you out on anything. This is just my opinion, but I believe you should be more or less more worried about ranking your site and trying to get converts rather than what your PR is.
1. I personally would change the layout of the website. It doesn't feel welcoming at all, and it's sort of confusing exactly what the site is all about. Not only that, but the sites colors are not necessarily pleasant to the eye. If you know anything about color psychology red, blue, and green are all converting colors. What I mean by that is, if someone comes to your site and you have let's say blue instead of gray, you will overtime probably notice lower bounce rates and higher converts. There are plenty of Wordpress themes (even free ones) that your site would work with.
A) If you do decide to go with Wordpress one theme that I think would be prime for what your idea is this
THEME. For every band/musician you can upload or embed a Youtube video so the customers/visitors are more likely to purchase and can sample the music.
B) Monetization is easy with this theme, you have an adsense banner at the top you can use as well as plenty of room for for more advertisement in the widgets area. But, sites can't always rely just on adsense in my opinion so I would recommend signing up with amazon and leaving your affliate ID either in a hand made banner or at the top of every post.
2. It's great that your trying to offer this info. to the public your even providing download links to some of the music (I would be careful of this, unless you know what your doing). But, where is your benefit coming from? I've looked all over your site and there is no affiliate links no adsense, nothing. In my opinion anytime someone comes to my site I want to be offering them something in the long run, something that will make me money. Every time someone visits your site you should have the opportunity to make money, otherwise what's the point?
3. Your on-site SEO needs to be changed a little, I would start with your meta-description first. Your meta description is about selling your website with preferably 150ish characters. Right now your meta, I am assuming is a bunch of keywords you are trying to rank for, but I'm not sure. An easy way to edit your meta description if you have wordpress is downloading a plug-in of it, I personally use
THIS for almost all of my sites.
4. The way you have your URLs set-up is not so optimized for Google or people going to your site. Your pages should be in %postname% in my opinion so people could visit MUSICDISK(.)NET/ARTIST. Easier to promote and cleaner that way.
The highest priority list at the moment (once again my opinion) would be on-site SEO, making the site more user-friendly, and monetization.
