Yes however, All your technically doing is getting the links that the other people may have purchased from those old excel spreadsheets :) so typically it is the same, your source is just getting it from someone else that has done what your trying to avoid.

yes but why do they show up in AHREFs as a domain and does that mean simply getting a bit.ly to your URL passes link juice?

why do some people have a bit.ly link back to their site in AHREF's - how do you get this link, do you just create it using the service, but then have to share it on other websites, but the link is from bit.ly thats what i dont get
