It's better to do it yourself and check what parasites are already ranking, ideally in parasite-heavy niches that you are not a part of. By using lists you'll just drown in the sea of everyone else using that list. And trying to use parasites that are already ranking in your industry you'll be battling against everyone else trying to use that parasite, as only a couple of pages max from any parasite will show up for a query.

If you find ranking parasites for a niche that is not your own, and those parasites are not being used in your niche (yet), then you stand a much better chance with them.
