Sometimes pressure just needs to get out I think. Bummer. Had a pretty neat idea developing in my head from this, although my dreams were shattered after a quick reality check.

You have made another newbie discovery, that trick is from like 20 years ago LOL. However first time you could also get the stats for that bitly link with that method but they have patched that since like a year ago.

this used to be good trick before they hid the metrics to public
i would find spammers doing bitly links all the time on random places over the net
put the plus sign there and see what kind of metrics they're getting
seen guys pushing 10k+ clicks a day
very easy to spot the winners. rip their site. reverse engineer their traffic strategy. clone the whole show in a day.
