you are not correct , this is what he exactly said "make an idea of how much traffic" , so he is looking for an idea. An example, "Create a page, install google analytics on that page, post a picture and give link to this page" this can give you him an idea on how much traffic he can get.

Engagement means = (Likes + Comments) / FollowerCount Example: you have 10000 Followers, your post received 495 likes + 5 comments Then your engagement is: 500 / 10000 which means -> 0,05 which means %5. Instagram average is around %5, so you can't be having 30% engagement.

OP is just asking for a way, or tool. He did not ask you to calculate it.
