What is your average conversion rate when you try to sell a product?

I am not looking for how it can be calculated or analysis, I look for real life results, and statistics. Examples:

- Quotes Niche: 18k followers, product: Cups with quotes, I get %0,001 sales rate when I post.
- Travel Niche: 200k followers, product: Books to read, I get %0,005 sales rate.

This varies a lot, really A LOT, and there are so many aspects and factors of this question... Lets go trough a basics first, let's say you are in a weight loss niche and you are trying to sell product WeightX so you have a website dedicated to anything weight loss related and you need to convert that customer and "make it" click on your website link towards the product (CTR) so let's say you have 500 visitors daily and if out of those 500 visitors let's say 24 (CTR 5%) go to your sales page (or products sales page) and out of those 25 visitors you'll have conversion 12/1 and that is pretty awesome. Entire flow depends on enormous number of factors but I do hope that this clears some things out. Regarding specific niches, always consult network that you are selling for and see what are averages and try to make it better and optimize your site to max it out.
