How long is a rope? It all depends on niche, amount of followers, post, location and the product/service you're providing.
We can all agree that IG has a lower CTR than Facebook for example - but then again the audience is completely different with a different mindset - meaning you should brand and set up structure differently.

you are not correct , this is what he exactly said "make an idea of how much traffic" , so he is looking for an idea.
An example,
"Create a page, install google analytics on that page, post a picture and give link to this page" this can give you him an idea on how much traffic he can get.

Hello, I have over 4000 followers on my Instagram account and I've put a link in my bio. My question is how come I don't get any clicks on that link, not even 1. I get likes on the photos that I post ... I don't understand. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
Well, there are tons of factors.. have you been inactive for example? How do you got 4K followers?

I post every day, and I got the 4k followers by following/unfollowing users that are interested in my niche.
