Huffington Post has been punished for selling links before. Wordpress has been penalised for their footer links before too... Please do your research on such websites before hand.

Some listings just get put at the top of the list when created (I've created and maintained over 180 local listings in the last 8 months)

Some parasites have use (cancer treatment for example) people jump on the bandwagon way too quickly almost as stupidly as the guy who thought he could get a PR9 link from gmail.. E: I'm literally stopping you wasting time making useless links.

I laugh at how clueless some members here are as to how pagerank works.. These are PR0 links on a PR9 website /facepalm.
