Yea Im positive its not my phone...this IP address is via wi-fi and its not the wifi in my home.

I found the suspicious IP address from my gmail activity log.. Is there a way to look up the owner of the IP address..from my internet search I'm just locating the provider of the service, and the location (city and state). I want to find the name and specific address of the person. Please help!!
