I found the suspicious IP address from my gmail activity log.. Is there a way to look up the owner of the IP address..from my internet search I'm just locating the provider of the service, and the location (city and state). I want to find the name and specific address of the person.

    Please help!!

Depending on the type of internet connection they are using their ip may change every-time they connect to the connection.
If you were into hacking there are quite a few things you could do with just their ip address. But you're not going to be able to find their name from that alone. Now you could possibly call their ISP and report the incident.

Out of curiosity, how do you know it is wifi?

What I would be worried about is how they got in, not who it is. This is not just one account. I would change password and security questions to something random though. But that's me.

You should have told them that you're an undercover FBI agent and you demand immediate information as otherwise the whole operation will be doomed due to incompetent employees at the ISP. I'm sure they don't want to lose their job over a stupid mistake. :)

I would first check to see if its legal to pretext them. Posing as an FBI agent is a bit risky in itself. So thats double risk
