Bump. I am getting this same problem where even the "Sponsored Links Campaigns" that are supposed to be under 'Category' aren't even showing up. Can we get confirmation that you have to be a Premium Publisher to use these?

Maybe you can tell them that you must pre-approve whatever they want to post first before they can post it?

I would suggest fiverr but reviews matter alot (positive or negative)
