Therein lies your problem.

You havn't "done it all". If you had, you would be making an absolute boatload of money right now. Success means failing - a lot! Successful people keep going despite their failures, very successful people turn their failures into successes.

The guy who invented the post-it note, was actually trying to invent a glue which would stick ANYTHING together. He failed, thought of how he could use that failure, and voila - years later every office in the world is using his "failure".

IM is a very big niche, you need to focus in on something (i.e services, email list building, spamming, seo, wso...building and selling tools).
