I had a quick question i was wondering if you guys could help, well basicly lets say im signed up with multiple ppc websites such as adfly, linkbunks, etc.. and i shorten a link to my blog with adfly, then i shortened that adfly link with link bunks and did that with about 3 different ppc companies would that be frowned upon by those companies?

Well adfly and other services like them are not the usual definition for what a PPC network is.
And without having read their Terms of Service or knowing for certain I imagine they would not like this since it would degrade user's experience when they clicked links from these services. However like I said I do not know this for certain so who knows - maybe it's OK.

Personally I don't think it's worth it unless you already have a massive traffic source for clicks: there's just better things you could be spending your most important resource on. That's time BTW. I wouldn't start a project to specifically get traffic to these services.
Is there any Good PPD site you know which allow Payza/Alertpay ?

yeah adfly and thats is now bit old way and earns small use PPD
