I send you a PM with the email of my guy, his accounts are fine, for me he divides it to several fan pages. just explain what you want and he can get it. ppl are a bit exaggerating here with the prices, you can get 500 likes on Fiverr, especially if you don't care if they are fake.

Those are good options, but when you have many pages it is quite a task to manually go looking for related topics and post on them. I was thinking of buying shares and likes for my posts, from country specific users, or something like that :-)
