What tool is best to create certain guestbook links

Hi Guys,

Can you please tell me what tool is the best to create contextual guestbook links like for example on these sites:

I thought maybe xrumer but am not sure it is the best one to get these type of links.

Can I upload a link list to this software? I dont see where the option exist.

Yeah you can - But GSA is so darn simple and costs 80% less.
Just type "GSA search engine ranker" into Google, some sites with info and sales site should pop up
