It's definitely being done with bots and shill accounts. Try using a tool like Buzzbundle to locate people in your specific niche and target them directly on G+ and network with the people who are likely to help you cash in on whatever your selling/offering. Don't be too worried about using bots...

You get what you pay for... Looking to save money and go with some value service provider may cost you more in the long run. Track down a pro with a serious rep and pay them what they deserve.

What everyone else said, problem is on your end not with scrapebox. Scrapebox works fine for adult sites it doesnt know the difference. Your proxies or internet connection or footprint are probably hindering the process.

What do you mean by "in depth articles"... just something long? Usually if I'm going to spend time writing about something I need at least 1500 words to get the job done. I don't know if the length of the article has contributed to their [the article's] success over say something similar at 500...
