I'm curious, how exactly do you guys respond to a business owner who is curious as to how this system works? It makes for an awkward situation when you don't want to go too into detail and reveal how exactly it works. I feel it makes them skeptical about it when you don't explain how it works...

Where can I hire someone to write a script/bot to scrape potential customers from yelp, google, etc? What would be a reasonable amount to pay? Also, what site are you using to outsource those review printouts? Thanks!
