Also had problems with it, so be careful with link exchange, especially with direct link exchange.

I use ahrefs also, rather good service and indexes also fast.

I have done it for my sites and I can say that it's mostly for get links and lower for getting traffic. But as beginner I made a failure to make many comments, so I advice to check sites before well doing it. And don't use blog commenting software cause then it's easy to get penaltized by Google...

Can someone tell me if it's ok to make press releases for new sites or should i need some time? If the site should be some time online before making it maybe someone can tell me how long?
