Don't optimize it. Just write it naturally and you'll be fine. If it doesn't fit anywhere in a natural way, you don't have to optimize it further. As long as you have the title tag and h1 down the page will be well.

I think being lazy is more of a habit. I have been in IM for 2 years now, doing almost nothing but reading hell of a lot of IM ebooks. I am having hard times, putting things in to action. If you have been lazy for a long time, you need a few weeks to get the balls rolling.
