Here is an update, 19 days later. I see no movement in the SERPs, but that may or may not be the seller's fault. I didn't spin my descriptions, so that may have affected the effectiveness. However, this link service is still good for cheap link diversity, so in all it is still a great deal!

If you spend money to get the site done (backlinks, articles, etc), then I would say it's worth it. But I have been working on one site completely manual for a month and a half, and its only now in the #10 spot. However, I got a $3.00 click a few days back, so its all good.

Thanks for all the answers! Looks like everything is normal, and I just need to continue link building. The KW has 2400 global and 1900 local searches per month with the exact box checked. Hopefully it can still make me some decent $, the CPC is $4, but I'd be lucky to get $2 a click.
