I have this micro-niche that I've created 5 pages on. The site is 2.5 months old, and is ranking at #15 in Google, and #8 in Bing for the main KW. The articles/inside pages are ranking at ~#50 for their KW's. So far, I've created many high PR links, one high PR extremely low obl edu link, have around 30 articles pointing to the site, 140 bookmarks, and scrapebox blasts to all of the 2nd tiers.

I've read countless guides here on BHW, and they are all great, but I don't have AMR, BMD, XRumer, etc, and I'm certainly not spending more money on tools until I see some sort of income. IMO, this is what's holding me back.

The only earnings I have is a single $3 click on adsense from a few weeks back. I've spent a lot of time on this site, as well as buying scrapebox thinking that I could make the money back. However, It's beginning to be more work than I'm willing to do for such low income. I'm also a student, so you could imagine I don't have a lot of time.

I'm wondering, with scrapebox as my only real tool, should I flip the site and try to break even with costs of hosting/SB? I don't have the time to do all manual articles, bookmarks, web 2.0's, etc. Also, how much would I be able to flip the site for? There's really no proof of income, but with $3 CPC, I'm sure this site could be great for someone else.

Please give me some reason to stay in IM, I'm just about ready to quit it all and get a job in retail or as a waiter. :(
