Hi Secondeye. I need to pay someone from a 'verified' paypal account, as they only accept payments from verified paypal accounts, that match name. 1. Is USA or Australian account easier for this? 2. Will i also need phone verification to be considered verified? Or anything else besides your VCC/VBA
