To pay a merchant, they require payment from a 'verified' account.
From what i understand, this is an account with Bank attached, but phone does not need to be linked.
I would like to purchase an account pre made and verified in a name i supply in either of these regions.
Could someone recommend a reputable vendor for the job?
Or if not, can we have a discussion on what it means to be verified?
UK seems like it is the easiest to verify, as no need for SSN or Identity forms.
