I suggest you should play safe and get the data rewritten. Won't take you long but will eliminate the risk factor. If ever the original publisher come up he will have nothing to charge you with... :)

I have three domains all for the same business. They are all the same domain names except for the extensions. Is it a better idea to have one site and have all the URL's redirected to it or should I go on with the three. Please advice.
