You need to become a Donor/ Jr. VIP and pay the BST fee before you can sell articles.

Don't know about donour... coz I do not have sufficient funds to pay up yet. But how does one become a jr VIP?

Jr VIP requires a $97 donation, 100 post count, and having been a member of the forum for 60 days. Jr VIP's can list in the BST. Being a donor, which costs the same, allows you to list in the BST without the required post count and membership length.
