Myspace works best I think...it's free and you can browse through profiles using search parameters (unlike FB). Go to the back of the listings and take pics from profiles that haven't been active in a while and you're good to go!

Open Office all the way. You can convert to PDF and create a linkable TOC as well...you can even set your security so that the text can't be copied, etc.

Don't forget to load the content with tons of affiliate links! Even if you have to sell the ebook for $17, you'll make some extra cash when readers purchase items/services you recommend. You can even give away some ebooks as an incentive and still make money this way.
