Internet Modeling Webcam Affiliate Program! Pays

i hate to discourage anyone from starting. but im at 26 models and only 1 active

You are lucky, I have outsourced recruitment tasks (i have lost only $50), now i have about 120 models and only 2 active.

indeed, this method seems simple but the conversions are horrible

i'm starting to think this is a big waste of time
Well, it IS an almost laughable concept. I mean really, whose going to sit there and send some company in Tampa, FL their name, birth certificate, social security number, nude photos, etc. It's too much work for a 21-year-old unemployed whore who probably doesn't even have a valid driver's license.

I'm shocked that people actually thought you could get money from spamming Internet imageboards with promises to "camwhore and get $400 a month nerdy faggots!!!!!"

WOW...that's a HORRIBLE conversion rate. How are you finding these models? I think I'm going to stay with the program I'm with now. At least I get about 1 in 40ish making money.

Just to let everyone on this thread know, I figured out why the conversions are so bad:

I contacted the company and asked if people are allowed to mail in the signed forms as well as fax them, they said no, they MUST fax them. Think about it, most people don't have fax machines, so they have to go to places like staples, where you HAVE TO HAND IT TO THEM TO FAX! Not very discreet! No wonder most people don't go through with it.

I told the company this, and got a reply that was basically "this is how we do it, deal with it" So why would they go out of their way to make it as difficult as possible for people who are probably on the fence to begin with? Do they even want to get more models?!

I suggest all of you do what I did and BITCH! Send them an email or give them a call!

That is the one of the set-backs. I recently just started this as well, I have four models, but three of them are girls that I know personally and I faxed in all of their documents from my house. That helped it move along MUCH faster. Its been three weeks and im sitting on about $6.00 (ill buy a snickers bar).

Try to find models who you can speak with regularly and not have to rely on them doing this themselves, because they will never respond.

Yeah its a good point, who the fuck owns a fax machine really.

Anyone got any better alternatives that make it easier for sign-ups? I do reckon the idea is a good one but not worth investing time into if conversions will always be dogshit.

Why promote them? Just go to webcams dot com or cams dot com and sign up as a studio and recruit your own models, thats all theyre doing

Why not have them e-mail/mail to you, and then you fax it in? Will they care if you have a bunch of applications coming in from the same number?

I am not going to read through all the posts here to see if this has already been recommended for building your business, so here is one recommendation:

If one can be an agent and a model to make money, why not spend an evening at a strip club, talk with a few of the ladies, and tell them how they can make more money on the side? For that matter, why not directly contact everyone offering erotic services on CL and give them the same 'make more money' pitch?

Hope this helps.

Because doesn't being a "studio" mean that you have to physically have your own place for them to work?

EDIT: I just checked and it does, so if you happen to have an empty 4 bedroom house that you're not using by all means be a studio! :bukkake:

@jamesmwis: Because the conversions are dogshit is exactly why I encourage people to contact them. There's only one woman who's the affiliate manager so if enough people bitch they might get their heads out of their collective asses an change their policies, highly improving the conversion!

I have her contact info but not going to post it (not sure if that's against BHW rules), I'll PM it to anyone who wants it on one condition DON'T MENTION BHW!

No, you don't have to have an office, or any of the like. The girls can broadcast from anywhere.

so true...i cant believe they have such a retarded sign up method...maybe we should all msg them. strength in numbers...

Hey Guys/Girls for all the GREAT feedback that you are leaving on this thread.I have to admit I to have been frustrated with the conversions! I do think we should all complain and see if they will change their process.I have 7 active models but hundreds of signups as do some of you.I do believe this could work but you would have to make it more personal so that you can make sure they get their paperwork in.I am still going to work it though because again it's residual income. Thanks Again Everyone:D

I agree with most here.

I have 9 models, 7 accepted, 0 active.

I have one model that has been ready to go since June 30th. Crazy!

I did a little research on their domains and their sites get no traffic! No traffic means models make no money and they'll quit probably after the first hour online. I do agree that fax only is horrible, especially for this business. Models want to keep their info private, so taking forms to Kinkos is a huge deterrent.

Also, to clear up the studio question (I used to own one way back when)...studios can be physical or virtual since models can work anywhere. Running a studio is a full time job and requires you to actually be in business. Being an affiliate on the other hand is simple. You refer models to the sign up, they do the hard stuff and you get paid.
