That's just the way it is, almost all new accounts require Phone verification. Very rarely will you bypass that, and I mean very very rarely, depending on whether the ISP is blacklisted or not. Why don't you just do text verification if voice doesn't work?

Depends what you did wrong. If you advertised diet, skin, muscle or similar affiliate offers, forget about getting your account back. Usually fb sends you an email saying something like 'This decision is final' and 'you should not under any circumstances advertise again'.

All ads get approved easily these days, its likely that they will disapprove your ad later (could be hours or days) if its against TOS, and possibly compromise your account.
