Placed a trial order yesterday for Instagram followers. Shows that some were added but on Instagram no movement in number of followers. Any idea why?

tried 2 different installs - root, public_html/domain. It looks like the the host doesnt execute wordpress php files (placed a test php file in the root) which is weird because joomla site has index.php that is working.

How do you not loose them when you create or re-create the site in wordpress and lets say the site has 5000 backlinks. Any simple way of doing this?
