Advice needed (Wordpress Site)

My fellow blackhaters... i need your advice. I have a WordPress site and I am trying to create a backend Dashboard for my customers with an option to make a deposit (sort of like an escrow system) that my business will keep secure while we work offline with the customer. I need to have full control over the deposit i.e. our business will refund the deposit only after our offline transaction will happen and the customer pays for the services that we agreed upon. I have looked at possibly doing the WooCommerce plugin with an option to use Stripe as a payment but FREE options are very limited on Deposit feature. I also have a paid version of MachForms that has an option to process Stripe payments. I hope my message made sense. Any input on how to do this is greatly appreciated!!!!
