My personal test indicate that local guides hold a bit more weight but not a TON. They are usually the first reviews to show up as well. Adding photos yes, they help! Adding hashtags are going to be just a good as just adding a keyword.

This is a really good method for using patch if you are in the USA... And its a Google news approved site. BUT they show up in the normal organic web rankings GREAT! Prefect for parasite SEO...
its a bunch of BS that the gurus say... LOL I have a Google home and you cant make searches like you can with a desktop or phone. Voice doesn't work like that.
