This is easy. Ill tell you how its done without needing to pay shit loads of money to get a backlink from these sites. I do this all the time and it works a treat!
Search for expired domains that already have a backlink from the sites you want. Once you find them register the domains, put up a shitty temporary website with some content containing your targert keywords then make sure google indexes the site via search console. Once the site becomes indexed create a 301 redirect to your website and then you will get about 90% of the power from the forbes / bloomburg links Simple.
Best of all. This is a whitehat method.
