I am using 4 different accounts (each running on its own VPS and own IP) - not a problem for the last 8 months. Just be smart and don't use all accounts on a single device with only one IP. Cheers! PS: use different PayPal emails too.

There are several Logo design softwares out there. With a little bit of practice, almost everyone can make a decent looking logo in under 10 minutes. My best guess is that they use some kind of software (take "Logo Design Studio Pro" for instance).

An offline version of this would be great, though.
