I wonder how logo designers on Fiverr make logos just for 5 bucks! Is there an easy way to do this? Are they using pre designed templates? What do you think?

I think they just find a good icon somewhere online that visualizes the website's niche (10 minutes) and then select a nice font from a large selection of fonts they've downloaded (10 minutes). Add some visual effects (10 minutes) and it's finished.

I think they have samples . When buyers require they will change a little bit in samples

Fiverr is strange concept i think... You pay all 5 $ it seems. We have created an account on it but we want sell services which cost a lot of more it seems we can't

There are several Logo design softwares out there. With a little bit of practice, almost everyone can make a decent looking logo in under 10 minutes.
My best guess is that they use some kind of software (take "Logo Design Studio Pro" for instance).

It's quite simple: what you pay is what you get. So if you want a more or less professional logo then you will have to pay $20+.
