I understand that soft404 are url with a 200 response and the server return the page with an error response. The contrary is happening with the website:the crawl shows a 404 response but the url appear on my browser, I can see the page which should not be the case if it was 404. Isn't it?

I read somewhere that if in the h1 html code inform google it's a logo, then it is fine. So I am confused. Is h1 tag should be text only?

Hey guys, I crawled a website and some urls resulted as 404. However when I checked on of the url it appeared on my browser however the http disappear from the url so it seems like a redirect. But I don't get why there is a 404 response when I crawl the website.

Its quite hard to explain without showing you the website. The h1 tag contain the logo and the company name. Then there is the H4 tag which than seven H3 tags which all contain images and text within those images.

The website is html5 , I have read that having 2 h1 tags is ok. The problem is that there is no h2 tags. And it's not structured. The h3 tags contain mini banners

thanks, normally when you thanks, a 301 redirect was done from te root domain to /en.html. but when you do a 301 redirect the new page should be indexed by google but that's not the case. when i do a brand search on search engine, only the root domain url appear

When I crawled the website I have seen they have done a 301 redirect from .com to .com/en.html. indeed the default page is english. however when I do a brand search on Google "/en.html" is not indexed only .com is. So I really don't know why they did it.
