How do you find out your reach/impressions if you do not have a business account?

Hey folks, I just stumpled upon this account: https://www.instagram.com/desserts.everyday/ There are some more like it, all interlinked, all from the same guy. Some of its photos have ridiculous engagement rates, with 29k followers they get up to 21k likes and 100 comments - others are stuck...

This. I am running multiple accounts, set up at the same time, kinda the same amount of followers, content of the same quality level, but engagement is very different between the accounts. Also it sometimes picks up and then slows down again without me changing anything. Weird.

I do not know if it is a glitch or an option you can turn on/off, but I have seen some pictures uploaded on Instagram which said something like "First comment wins $500" and you could not comment on the picture. So you are not the only one, more I do not know sorry.
